Backboards (ones used for science fair)

End of Project Self-assessment Sheet

Procedure:

This is the culminating project for this unit.

Parents, experts, and other students should be invited.

On this day the students will set up booths to display the work that they have completed during the unit.

A schedule needs to be set up so students can take turns operating the bakery that should be set up in one part of the gym….along with their posters etc.

The following products should be on display:

  1. Farming Accordian Book
  2. Flour Photostory
  3. Bread Around the World ebook – (This should be shown at their group display using a laptop)
  4. History of Bread Timeline
  5. Wheat Allergy Poster
  6. Canada Food Guide Poetry Book (could be shown using a projector as it has all of the groups’ poems in it)
  7. Farm Safety Poster

8.   Bakery Ads- should be on display in the bakery area

 

Assessment:

      Students should complete a self-assessment sheet.

      Teacher should complete anecdotal notes during this event.
